Nirvana -- Bleach, Subpop
Most everyone who writes for this rag casts a weary stink eye towards this retro bullshit and Sub Pop in particular. However, there are a few bands who punch thru the bubbling stink and Nirvana is one of them. Early seven-oh guitar blather by guys who sound like they mean it.
