White Zombie -- Make Them Die Slowly Caroline
Recorded a dizzying three times and still it's got no kick. More structured and metallish thanks to the polluted input of one Bill Laswell. You still gotta love those mumbo-jumbo never-learned-how-to-sing vocals by Rob "Dick" stryker. The noise factor has been eradicated by clean production. That's just one reason not to bother. The other is that somewhere these freaks got the idea they wanted to be heavy metal gods. Jolly hey, blow me away. -Greg Chapman |
